About Gentle Breath Work

Please be gentle with yourself if this is new to you. It takes a bit of practice, but give it time and you will be grateful that you have this tool to connect directly to the wisdom awakening within your HEART.
 If this a a new concept for you, try lying down to get started. This way you can relax your body and focus on the rhythm of your breath. It can be more effective in a seated position, and once you get into a flow, you will find a deeper connection. Take your time, and do what feels right for you.

Getting Started

First, focus on breathing into your belly. Allow your belly to rise and fall with each breath. Once you feel comfortable with that rhythm, begin to breathe in the nose and out through the mouth.

White Light Moving Up & Down Your Spine

Taking this a little deeper, as you continue to breathe in, visualize a white light moving all the way up your spine, starting from the tailbone (ROOT Chakra) and moving all the way up to the top of your head (CROWN Chakra). As you exhale, the light draws back down your spine back into the tailbone. We are using our breath to clear any stagnant energy within the Chakra system, and opening the “Portal” within our spine.

 

- Tailbone → ROOT Chakra

- Lower Belly → SACRAL Chakra

- Upper Belly → SOLAR PLEXUS Chakra

- Rib Cage → HEART Chakra

- Collar Bone → THROAT Chakra

- Forehead → THIRD EYE Chakra 

- Top of Head → CROWN Chakra

Connecting With The Core of Mother Earth and The Highest Realms

When you are ready, breathe in and begin to visualize the Light travelling all the way up through your Crown Chakra up to the Highest Realms. As you exhale, the Light travels back down through the Crown Chakra, down your spine, down your legs, and out through the soles of your feet into the core of Mother Earth.

A Continual Flow of Light Moving Up and Down, Activating Your Highest Heart-Consciousness to The NEW Wave of Collective Consciousness

Inhale through your nose:

- Mother Earth, up your legs, up the spine, crown, into the Highest Realms.

Exhale through your mouth:

- Highest Realms, crown, down the spine, down the legs and into the core of Mother Earth.

Winding Down

When you complete 10 rounds of breath, place both hands on your HEART, and ask, “What does my Inner Guidance want me to know for today”.

Have your pen and journal handy in case you want to write down any messages. You may want to do another round, especially if your mind wanders off. Just be gentle with your breath so as not to get lightheaded.
