It is from the old stories that we second-guess our Intuition and live behind the veils of “what if it goes wrong” or “what would others think.”

Your INNER SELF never judges others OR yourself.

The judgement comes from the hurt version of YOU and the many years of human conditioning that if anyone thinks or looks differently from YOU, then there must be something wrong with them.

Your “judgement” or “triggers” are your best teachers. When you are triggered by something, take the time to sit with it, get quiet, place both hands on your Heart Centre, and ASK where this is coming from. What moment in my life created this pain?

Allow this feeling to come right up, allow yourself to understand it, and allow yourself to heal from it. Be gentle with yourself, as you have been carrying this around for many years.
